International Students - Accept your offer

Congratulations on receiving an offer to study at Griffith College! The next step is to accept your offer and secure your place.

Step One

Your Letter of Offer

Your Letter of Offer will outline the following:

  • The program you have been offered
  • Duration of this program
  • Commencement dates
  • Tuition fees
  • Conditions on your offer

Check for any outstanding conditions outlined in Section 1 (the table under Program 1: Diploma). If you have any questions about how to meet a condition, please feel free to contact us or your agent.

Step Two

Payment and Acceptance

Complete and sign Section 2: Griffith College Acceptance of Offer Form and Section 4: Payment details.

Return both sections along with any outstanding documentation required and your payment receipt.

To do this, you can either “reply all” to the email with your offer, or upload the documentation to your Studylink account.

We will then send you a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE). In most cases, this is best done through your agent if you have one applying on your behalf.

Note: If a student is under 18 years of age at the time they would commence their studies, these two forms Living Arrangement and Student Agreement MUST be completed and co-signed by parents or guardians and returned to our Admissions office. Under-18 students who require welfare arrangements need to apply for homestay with our approved homestay provider via this link.

Step Three

Enrolment Confirmation

Once you have accepted your offer, you will receive your COE with enrolment details and access to the Digital Campus where you can enrol in courses and select your timetable (once enrolment opens and your visa is granted).

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us or your agent.

"The class sizes at Griffith College are smaller than those at the university.

I think it is an advantage for first year international students like me, to get used to a different method of teaching and studying.”
