Meet your International Team

Luca Cella

Director, Marketing and Admissions

Luca joined the Griffith College team in early 2023, bringing with him decades of experience in international education, including as Director APAC for The Ambassador Platform, Head of Future Students at the University of Queensland, and various other roles at RMIT and Deakin University, working closely with Deakin College.

Luca has a wealth of professional expertise in the education space, but can also speak from personal experience studying an MBA at Deakin University as an international student. 

Luca is passionate about making higher education more accessible, diverse, and inclusive and is 100% committed to helping domestic and international students fulfil their dreams.

 

Victor Seah

Associate Director, International

Victor has a long history with Griffith College, having first joined the team in 2007 as Senior Marketing Manager. In 2018, Victor moved on to various roles at Griffith University and Griffith English Language Institute (GELI), before returning to the College in 2023 as Associate Director - International.

With over two decades of experience in higher education across the Asian region, Victor is a seasoned professional who brings with him an extensive skill set in sales, marketing, business development and networking.

Originally from Singapore, Victor is fluent in English and Mandarin. He can also speak various Chinese dialects such as Cantonese, Hokkien and Teochew.

Labib Abraham

International Marketing Manager
(SA, EMEAA, OCEANIA)

As International Marketing Manager, Labib oversees the recruitment, marketing, and strategy for South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka), EMEAA (North & South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia/Central Asia), Oceania (Pacific islands outside Australia) and the International Sponsored Students Program.

Labib has over two decades of experience in marketing, media, International Investment and Trade Relations. He has also spent time as a lecturer at QUT for Marketing, Media Measurement and Communications while undertaking his master’s degree in these fields. Labib is fluent in Arabic and subsequent regional dialects throughout the Levant, greater Middle East and North Africa. 

Philip Ho

Student Recruitment Manager
(Australia, GCNA)

Philip joined the Griffith College team in 2020, bringing with him over 20 years' experience in secondary and tertiary education. As Student Recruitment Manager, Philip is available to answer queries from future students in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, as well as international students in Australia. 

Philip's ultimate goal is to help students find the right fit for their studies and future careers. He has a passion for assisting students to find success in life through quality education.

Arusha Malhotra

Student Recruitment Manager
(South Asia)

Arusha is our Student Recruitment Manager for the South Asia market (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Bhutan).

Arusha is responsible for overseeing student recruitment efforts and ensuring that prospective students from the South Asia market have a positive and seamless experience. With 11 years of experience in the education sector, Arusha brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role.

Arusha is from India, and is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi. 

Kylie Liu

Student Recruitment Manager (GCNA)

As our Student Recruitment Manager for Greater China and North Asia, Kylie works closely with our Associate Director and the Navitas China regional team to assist future students with their application enquiries. Kylie has a passion for education, a strong background in project management, and is well known for her personable and attentive nature.

Phuong Duong

Student Recruitment Manager
(South East Asia)

Phuong is an experienced Student Recruitment Manager with a long history working in education and customer service industries.

With a bachelor's degree in International Business, Phuong's role is to assist future students with their enquiries in the Southeast Asia region. He is a skilled professional with great relationship management, leadership and business development abilities.

Louise Gaynor

Domestic Student Recruitment Manager

Louise looks after all future student activity for Australian students, including school engagement activities, mature age applications and providing advice to parents and guardians.

In addition to helping students with pathway and enabling programs, Louise has also worked in student recruitment and marketing across the Vocational Education and Training and Post-Graduate space. This combined experience allows her to understand the processes and countless decisions future students face throughout their education journey, from research into options through to settling into student life.

Anishka Shenoy

Domestic Course Advisor

As Domestic Course Advisor, Anishka's role is to assist Australian students with their study and application enquiries.

Anishka joined the team in October 2021 with a goal to provide students and parents with a positive experience as they begin their exciting journey into higher education. Having recently graduated with a degree in Law and Justice, Anishka has a unique student perspective, paired with the knowledge and experience to answer any questions you might have.
