There are several transport options available to get you from the airport to your accommodation when you arrive. We recommend planning and arranging your transfer before you fly, to ensure a smooth arrival as we know you’ll be eager to settle in after a long flight!

If you are booking an airport transfer with Con-x-ion, please arrange this a minimum of three (3) days prior to your arrival. Upon arrival at either Brisbane or Gold Coast airport, make your way to the Con-x-ion desk in the arrivals area and check-in for your departing transfer. You will be directed to your designated departure point. It is important that you also:

• advise if you will be bringing oversized luggage, such as a bicycle or surfboard, as additional fees may apply
• understand no-shows at the airport will be charged
• advise Con-x-ion of any flight cancellations, changes or rescheduling as soon as possible
• understand that fees will apply if you don’t advise Con-x-ion of flight changes prior to your scheduled arrival
