What next?

When you accept your offer, you will be asked how you would like to pay. If you select FEE-HELP we will assist you with your application. You will need to submit or apply for a Tax File Number (TFN),  a Unique Student Identifier (USI), and your Australian Citizenship documentation (passport, birth certificate or citizenship certificate) in preparation for this.

Once your acceptance is finalised, you will receive information about accessing the digital campus (i.e., student portal). The digital campus is where you can access your course pages, manage your enrolment, access to support services including booking appointments, receive important updates, and access any forms you may need during your studies.

Then it will be time to enrol! This is when you select your subjects and confirm your timetable. Keep an eye out here for further information and check  your emails. We will hold a webinar just before enrolment opens to walk you through the process and have videos on our website with step by step instructions. You will not be able to commence your studies until you are enrolled, so reach out if you are unsure.

The week before your classes commence, we will host Orientation. This is your opportunity to meet key staff, receive important information about your program, discover your support services, and get assistance with any IT or timetable questions you might have.

Frequently asked questions

You’re taking a big step and we know that comes with lots of questions and maybe some concerns. We have helped thousands of students through the process and have put together some of the most frequently asked questions we receive to help you out.

Diploma to degree – how it works

At Griffith College, our goal is to provide the support you need to follow your interests, chase your ambitions, reach your potential, complete your diploma successfully, and make the smooth transition into your chosen bachelor program.

We pride ourselves on our small class sizes and supportive learning environment, as we know this will give you the confidence and study structure to enable you to make remarkable progress with your studies. Our university-designed courses mirror that of the first year courses of your bachelor program, which allows you to progress directly into the second year of your degree at Griffith University.

Check the details of your letter of offer to ensure you have packaged your studies to include a bachelor’s degree (this will be listed as “Program 2”) and let us know if you would like to make any changes. You can also check our website to view the allocation of credit points (CP) for selected bachelor programs.

"I chose to study at Griffith College because of how easily I could transition into Griffith University. I needed a good support network away from home and Griffith College provides just that.
